Once a heat exchanger is sized, then if for one of the stream if flow rate or inlet temperature varies then how to evaluate conditions at outlet. please help.

Hi,

 

If inlet temperature and flowrate changed, check the velocity at the shell or tube side, pressure drop, new vs available heat transfer area, heat exchanged.
