Hi ,
Unclear ,
All the energy coming from the steam ( sensible and latent ) heat is taken by the water .

If you are talking about saturated steam, the enthalpy is nearly 2724 kJ/kg for 3 kg/cm2 pressure (You can get the data from steam tables). Heat lost by the steam you can calculate by subtracting the enthalpy of steam and enthalpy of water at given temperature.

Breizh is absolutely correct.
Are you trying to heat up the water by using direct injection of live steam? If so, there is no heat loss involved; there is a direct heat transfer from the steam to the water - via its latent and sensible heat properties, as Breizh states.

Your query is very ambiguous. Want to clarify?
