Hi.

Do you know any ways to adjust steam cracker quench oil viscosity other than dosing of chemical additives?

The usual method is to increase stripping the product and lower the quench temperature. What are you cracking? If it's naphtha, then you can reduce severity a bit until you get the viscosity under control.
