Hi everybody ;

when trying to elaborate an excelsheet which simulate the shell dep example of sizing a vertical three phase separator with a plate packs, i couldn't find the calculated length of plate packs (Lpp = 0.7).Actually i'm using this formula :

                                                      Lpp = vppdpp/(cos(θ)vp,set) + ftl*Lentry

                                                       with      vp,set = |ρd - ρc| gdp2/(18ηc)

i'm not sure that i understood which is the continuous phase.
Anyone can help ?  thx.
