I am using Oxygen Sensor probe Zirconia Type. My process temperature is 950 DegC. Sensor works with Temperature up to 650 DegC. Since the Process Temp is more, Hence, Standard assembly is there as indicated in the Diagram for mounting the Oxygen Sensor.

I want to calculate the Heat loss through the Assembly used for this. What is the temperature we are getting at Sensor Tip. This design is proven and used as an accessory for Oxygen sensors. Lengths are mentioned in the diagram. Customer is asking me that information of heat loss calculation. Please help.
