Hi,
I need some help on how to calculate the costing of a cooling tower.
This includes:

building of the tower,
the materials, the packings, the fills within the tower, the pumps and pipings, etc
the pump power costing, the fan power costing for a mechanical draft cooling tower,
the estimate for the maintenance cost; the treatment of the water to prevent corrosion, biological growth

Sorry for being late on this. Seek the title, "Plant Design and Economics for Chemcial Engineers" Fifth edition. You will find a Guthrie Correlation Chart for estimation of the costs.
