Dear,
What you want is not clear enough. I hope that you want to put a condenser and reboiler in Main PFD Environment and not in column Environment. In this case you can use the Shell and Tube Exchanger Icon. In column environment you have options as partial condenser/total condesner and a kettle type reboiler. If you thermosyphon reboiler you can model it as built in the column environment.
Please let me know still any query remains ununderstood. Waiting for your reply.

Reboiler (kettle type) and condenser (total, partial, full reflux) are standard items in distillation column template. Once when you double-click on the distillation column in the main flowsheet, choose button "Column environment" in the column window. This will transfer you to the column sub-flowsheet, where reboiler and condenser are shown as separate unit operations.

If you need to model different type of reboilers (recirculating thermosyphon or once-through), choose refluxed absorber template and configure bottoms stream together with separator, tee, mixer and heat exchanger (actually your reboiler) in such manner it reflects the true column/reboiler configuration.
