process involves transfer of sea water at 200degC & 100 kg/cm2 from one tank to another tank. Please suggest me the reference docs for
1.selection compatible material (material charts).
2.Maximum possible erosion velocities for the materials.
3.Corrosion allowance to be considered.
4.After required thickness is found, tables to be referred for the material to get the corresponding schedule no for the material.
5. Which ASME class of fittings compatible with above schedule no to be used.

Thanks.

RSK:

As a student you should know by now that you should do your own research, study, review, and draw your own conclusions on how to solve the problems and tasks assigned to you.

Therefore, why are you asking this Forum to give you the bottom-line answers to problems meant for YOU to resolve? - not others.

Have you done ANY work or research on the subject and problem assigned to you? Why is it you cannot answer the questions given? Are you badly taught or a lazy student? All of the questions asked by you are to be found simply by using the SEARCH function on this Forum or using Google - and that is assuming that you don't want to study the material lectured to you or found in your normal engineering text books.

Please respond to my questions and explain what is your basic inability to answer the questions raised by you. We want to help; but we are not going to do your homework.
