Question: What is a good source of refinery capacities worldwide?

Answer: The Oil and Gas Journal (issued weekly) is very good source of data on refinery capacities. You can find it in any good library. Their "Worldwide Refining Survey" lists capacities refinery-by-refinery and in a country-by-country format, and also includes the capacities of the individual process units within each refinery. The last such survey was published in the December 20, 1999 issue.
