Question: What is induced air flotation?
Keywords: flotation,induced,air,separation,liquids,solid,emulsion
Answer: Induced air flotation involves in the addition of air (via a pump) into an emulsion or solid/liquid mixture. The entrained air can produce bubble up to 1000 microns in diameter. The bubbles can then attach themselves to oil particles or solids and float them to the surface of the liquid for removal.
