Dear All,
We are presently selecting the air diffusers for our INDUSTRIAL wastewater treatment plant project. Some vendors are offering EPDM material for the membrane and some are offering Silicon membrane. I would like to note that this WWTP is for an industrial city (refineries and petrochemical plants)and not municipal WWTP.
Please advise which type of membrane would be better suited for the handled fluids.
Thanks.

Hi Shadow13,
Consider to perform tests with the real fluid , I guess you did some pilot tests , it will give you confidence on the selection of the right membrane .

EPDM works properly. Silocon is for high temperature applications.
