I am required to review FEED documents for an LNG Terminal. Specifically I am interested to know if anyone has had any experience of conducting such reviews (especially Safety documentation), and if yes, what types of templates, etc. were used.

It all depends on what is expected from your review, and up to what level of details: perhaps you need only to verify that the process inputs used in FEED are consistent and accurate, or perhaps to verify some of the critical design parameters (as an example, we have been engaged in the current project for evaluating design solutions for some areas judged as critical: offshore flare system, Mol Sieve KO drum and dehydration capacity, heat removal capacity in refrigerant systems, Pipeline overpressure protection system etc). What outputs/feedback is expected from your review?
