On your experienced opinion, how hard do you think it is to find jobs abroad as junior/training process engineer? or which companies are more easy to apply for? Specially without contacts inside companies and little exp but lots of passion for process engineering.

Regards

I remember seeing job advertisements for junior engineers (up to 2 years experience) on several job sites. You may wish to try on OilCareers, ExpatEngineer, Worldwideworker, or similar websites.

Good luck!

As an expat myself, this will depend on a number of factors such as:
1. Your nationality.
2. Your location.
3. Where you're planning to work.
4. Your experience (which I think you don't have, yet).

In the Middle East, I heard that Western expats get higher salaries than from other nationalities.

I think the best approach is to talk with your colleagues that may refer to a company that needs engineers. In my experience, we get our jobs through referrals from our former colleagues.
