If any one have experience in operating Acetic Acid -Water Extraction separation by MTBE . My feed is 45% Acetic Acid & 55 % Water, i want to separation by extarctive distilaltion with methyl tert-butyl ether. I think MTEB for that separation is 11000 kg/hr. So it is possible in packed column with 10 M packed height. Plz give your suggetion.
