i've ASTM B88 or B75 copper pipe and A182 F316L flange and i want to join them. how should i do that? i mean, what method, which welding rod, etc.

Without knowing the service conditions concerning pressure and temperature for your application you can try Brazing or Braze Welding according ANSI/AWS A5.8-92 using RBcuZn-A,B or C.
