Hi,
My references are 500-600 mbars absolute and duration of the stripping > 7 hours for batch size of 30 mt .

For the vacuum pump , consider liquid ring pump .

-Normally you will have a barometric condenser and you can recover part of the VOC in the liquid phase ( upon treatment with the other liquid coming from the washing of your reactor you can dispose it or better if possible you reuse the water +VOC for the next batch) , for the remaining depending the regulation in your area you may consider to have it diluted with air .

The other option is to consider to burn all the VOC .

Hope this help!

dear breizh
I just have tested in my pilot an XSBR batch , but I just got a low solid content latex. I was really wonder if you could give me a formulation for my pilot.
