Does anybody know the method to determine the outlet pressure and temperature of a flare gas ejector.

I have a high pressure stream and a low pressure stream entering the ejector and I need to determine intermediate pressure and temperature of gas produced. I know inlet P T and Q of the HP and LP streams.

Flare gas ejectors are designed to recover low pressure gas and re-use it instead of flaring.

If the calculations for this are too complex I have acess to HYSYS if anyone knows how to do it.

The outlet flow will be a simple mass balance

Am I right to assume the temperature could be estimated assuming no heat loss and doing a mass balance on the enthalpies?

The question is. What is the intermediate pressure??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

cheers.
