Hi all,

I need to size PVSV's for mogas , kerosene and gasoil storage tanks
I was used the API 2000 to find the venting requirement flowrate and from it i calculated the area needed for in/outbreathing
my question how can i determine the size of my PVSV may i use the same table from API520 for PSV sizing or i use the simple equation D=(4*area/pi)^1/2

Ismail,

It is adequate to fill the relevant data sheet included all required information and leave the sizing and selection of the PVSV to a well known vendor.
