Hi everyone,

Now I am developing project for extending production rate of Oil Processing and Pumping Shop. HP flare should be set up as well. Oilfield is situated in bogs of Western Suberia (Russia) and big size of required construction site is not desired. Oil gas to be burned is very sweet. Gas compositon is about 90% of methane and propane. Burning is periodical and emergency. Amount of gas burned is no more than 250 000 normal m3 / day.
  • Please advice wether I should use horizontal (pit) or typical elevated guy-wired flare?
  • What are the advantages and disadvantages of each design?
Thanx!
