Now supply a kind of OTS software product which can be used for displaying unit operation. It emulate the DCS TDC3000. If there is any question in detail can contact me:

Hello engineers.
I'm currently involve in OTS for process input in Oil and Gas Platform. My concern is, should the OTS includes all the non-operated devices which is not controllable from the Control Room? e.g Manual draining valves, local pressure transmitter.
Are the modelling of the OTS will give the exact Platform simulation? let me give a simple example. If i manually change the Choke Valve opening in the OTS, will the downstream process change as well in this OTS?
How about the modelling for the sand operation? As i'm acctually the end user, the consultant that we engaged acctually explained to us that they will model the sand operation by taking the water properties. Does it acctually make sense?
How about modelling of the instrument air for the control valves? As what they told us, they are unable to model the instrument air package..
Help me.
Thank you gentlemen..

Usually OTS involves modelling of some of the field operating devices (FOD) like valves. HMI involves a graphic page for operating these FODs.
If you manually change the Choke Valve opening in the OTS, the downstream process will change in OTS as the flow rate is being affected.
The simulator has options for Instrument air failure in control valve model . So modeling of control valve actuator diaphragm with its instrument air line connection is not necessary.
