Hi all,
the simulation I do is Mannheim process, where involve reaction in such that:

2KCl + H2SO4 -> K2SO4 + 2HCL

However, I have problems in simulating due to:

• I have no idea what fluid package to choose, May I know which is the best fluid package ? I use NRTL at this moment.
• I have problem in simulating absorption tower, it is a gas absorbtion between HCl gas and water. I need the HCl to be recovered at 33%, but it ends up only less than % after converse.

Did you try using OLI electrolyte.
