Dear My Fellow Engineer

Can anyone share for the reference of designing meter tubes (Natural Gas) System ?
I need API 14.3
I have to know whether my system has already follow API 14.3 Standard or not ?
Is straightening vanes must be installed inside the pipe ??
Or there is minimum requirement of pipe size to install the starightening vanes ?
I need some reference for gas filter/strainer design ???
