Can any one help for Designing of Air sparger for vertical top & bottom conical tanks. fluid is Base oil

Thanks for your reply, I have Downloaded a Spreed sheet and insert the values as per instructions but i have got 231 No. of holes per 1inch2 is it Possible & how we have to calculate thickness for pipe
