Hellow imtiyaz,
in Balance Draft Furnace, the FD-Fan is used to regulate the combustion air flow and the ID-Fan is used to regulate furnace pressure.Balanced draft Furnace typically operated slightly below the Atmospheric pressure to prevent flue gas leakage to the surroundings, and too low pressure must also be avoided to minimize Air leakage in to the Furnace, which reducing furnace efficiency and in the extreme case,to prevent furnace implosion.
hope this will clear your doubt, best regards
AZZU
