hi all,

i am a first year student in Malaysia

now i am given a integrated project about production of DL-methionine

as i know it is a amino acid which is not synthesized in human body

and that's all i know

i want to know a bit more about DL-methionine before doing the material balance and energy balance

hope can get some help for understanding this topic
