Hey

Anyone know of a user friendly software for calculating heat loss through pipes and insulation.
Must be able to vary the differnet paramenters......size,properties and temps.....etc
Using ProMechanica at the moment and its breaking my heart only skimmed this program before.

Anyone?-would be greatly appreciated.
Regards

There is one program in this site. It's an Excel spreadsheet that calculates the heat losses for insulated pipes

I hope that this will help you.

Ya have that thanks - made my own one as well and they compare nicely.
But looking fo a specific software that will show graphs and heat loss in a nice 3D form if possible.

Thanks
Nuke
