Ram,

I appreciate your enthusiasm. However, your fan and motor calculations are very elementary in nature where the differential head or pressure is directly used as an input value. Try to develop spreadsheets which will also calculate the differential head or pressure which is one of the main inputs required for fan or pump sizing.

You could probably prepare a spreadsheet for motor sizing of a FD fan for a fired heater / boiler based on the steps outlined in the blog entry:

Dear Ankur Sir,

Thanks , really happy to see your sugesstions.

Acutually, i have been trying to calculate the differential head requirement , but not getting exact value as i am feeling difficulty in calculating air requirement for combustion. I will try with your write up sir and i feel better any detailed write up to calculate Air requirement for Combustion.

Thank you.

Regards.

RAM.
