It's not always you have condensers at ejector outlets.

If you're using steam as a motive fluid however, this gets mixed with your process fluid. Sometimes it's preferable to remove this water from your process fluid, hence the need for a condenser.

It has nothing to do with how ejectors work.

Bcoz , your condensor must be maintained at vacuum to recieve steam after the turbine exhaust .to creat vacuum for this condensor system, ejectors are used.

May be the, below points would be the next answer for your Next Doubt /Question .......

Why You need to maintaing vacuum in the Condensor?

  1. By maintaining a vacuum in the steam condenser, the efficiency of the steam-power plant can be increased as greater the vacuum in the system, greater will be the enthalpy drop of steam. Therefore, more work will be available per kg of steam condensing.
  2. Secondly, the non-condensate (air) can be removed from the condensate-steam circuit by pulling and maintaining a vacuum in the steam side. Therefore, the condensate can be used as boiler feed.

RAM.

 dear,

why we condense the motive steam in condenser?
if we not condense what effct occur?

can vacuum drop in system? if yes then how?

Pranav,

I think you need to read some basic literature related to ejectors to update your fundamentals. I am attaching two articles related to ejectors that should help you. These articles also discuss multistage ejectors and the need for inter and after condensers and their functioning.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Ankur.
