anyone know is there a design requirement to install pipe detonation arrester at the venting point to atmosphere if the pipe is the vapor return line from isotanker to storage tank? the storage tank is containing mixture of liquid with minor amount of flammable substance.the tank breathing line ald has a flame arrester.
