Thanks for your reply.

But  i asked to prepare an excel shhet for the same.

and i am refering ISO 5167 standard for orifice plate for preparing excel sheet, but unbale to decide to relation  between diameter ratio,diameter of orifice plate ,discharge coefficient and presuure loss factor.

It's difficult to know what you need  if you don't ask ! :)

 

Consider this resource to support your design . Books like Crane or Perry are also very good references .
