Dear Fellows,

I have a tank that is being used to store "sour water".I need to clean it economically with using general available resources in refinery.What possible steps can i take to make it free for personal entry.

Following main contents are found in sour water,

1)-Hydrogen Sulfide

2)-Ammonia

3)-Pyrophoric content

Kindly assist me in finding an appropriate method for cleaning the tank
