I need to design to separator liquid-liquid coalescer.

Where are you? It depends on the liquids you are separating as to the proper design. Most vendors will help, particularly if you need coalescing media. You can visit my website (Google my name) and you will find links to most of the companies who design such apparatus. And you will find information at many of the links about designing one yourself. But be careful! If it's new equipment, that makes the chore easier.

MAybe you can refer to Shell DEP 31.22.05.12 or 31.22.05.11. It mentions very clearly in there
