Dear All,

Hi!

Orientation of inlet and outlet nozzles on shell side of the Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers is usually horizontal or vertical. When there are piping limitations, it may be required to use inclined nozzles (45 degree)  on the shell and tube sides. what' your idea about the performance of the heat exchanger in this situation?

Thanks

Freeman
