Hi there,

Is there any way/correlation to give a very rough preliminary estimate on a process operating cost based on its ISBL cost?

Only those capital related items, and maybe maintenance cost.

Can you tell me how the ISBL cost is related to the operating costs of capital related items/ maintenance?

Are the operating costs like a fraction of the ISBL?
