Hello,

I am currently enroll in the chemical engineering program at FSU, but recently got accepted as a transfer student to the University of Florida which was a considerably better ECH program than the one I am now. However I was wondering how is going from FSU to UF going to change my job prospects for the future.

My goal in the future is to just have an interesting job preferably at an energy company and get pay the average salary that engineers get. I don't really have big ambitions like going up the ranks in a company or something like that, not that given the opportunity I would not take it but my point is that will a degree from a school like UF really improve my chances of employment in the future compare ti FSU. And if so how much.

Thanks in advance.

Where ever you study, study well. More than your school, degree and talent, your attitude will determine how successful you will be.
