Hi everybody,

Could anybody help me in the guide lines to design the packed (or trayed) section in a deaerator for boiler feed water aplication.

Thanks,
William Novaes.

William:

If you do a Google search, you will find literally dozens of vendors who sell dearators. Why re-invent the wheel?
I seriously doubt that you can learn to design a dearator, get it fabricated, and get it approved and code stamped as a pressure vessel ... and do it for a price that competes with an experienced vendor's price.

Regards,
