Let Say we take 1 mole of glucose/Sucrose, then heat it up to 800 degree Celsius,
 
Case-1 (Inert 95%Ar-5%H2 atmosphere)
 
Case-2 (Air atmosphere)
 
Case-3  (N2 atmosphere)
 
then what reactions will happen in all those cases,
and what will be the carbon content we will get in the final product in each case.

If this is an assigned homework problem, then please state so.

 

Our members are not free tutors and don't do homework for others to take credit.  If you are having problems with understanding or working this problem, then so state it and submit your generated work on the subject.  Our members will comment or recommend paths for you to take in leading to a resolution.  But you have to do the leg work.

 

Our forum is not organized to do other people's homework.  As a future engineer, you must EARN the right to graduate as a practicing engineer.
