May i know on how to drain the liquid ammonia inside the MLA after the transfer process?
Some jetty has some sort like an expansion tank. After complete the transfer, they will open the drain valve attached to the MLA piping and transfer the liquid ammonia (-32 oC) to expansion tank which operate at ambient. Anyone know basis of the above expansion tank sizing? Is it simply take the containment volume inside the MLA and make a expansion tank same as MLA volume?
