Dear, In one of fin fan air cooler, many of Tubes are found bend (Top side only) may be due to thermal expansion and or may be due to tube sheet restriction so please advise your recommendation on this. And also some vibration is noticed in Louvers. Design code : ASME SEC VIII DIV.1 + API 661 Design Temp tube side : 310/149 deg C Operating Tube side temp: 140 / 60 deg C no of bay/unit : 3 Draft forced Fluid circulated: LCGO Design Pressure: 34.2 barg +HV Operating Pressure in : 20 barg Please provide your opinion about probable causes and recommendation Thank you, Regards, Sameer

You can review the book: "A Working Guide to Process Equipment" by N. Lieberman and E. Lieberman, Ch. 14. (Air Coolers), for some recommendations.
