Hi Engineers,

 

I was wondering if you could help me with my question in the attached excel file? In the question, I took the total raw material costs and total other costs at the level of production of £2600/annum by finding the mean of the total raw material costs and the total other costs at £2400/annum and £2800/annum. I have done all the working.

my 2 cents.....

- with a bit of patience to depict the real problem

- with the mathematics of a 16 years old

- with a little practice of excel

.... I obtained a slight different result (see attached file)...but, substantially, I agree with your outcome (I can't comment your procedure).
