We have a deaerator of vertical tower with 1.6m dia.X1.8m ht and a water holdup horizontal vessel with 2.4m dia. X 5m length.

 

For deaerator system we need to calculate the spray nozzles no., sizes, area of coverage, angle etc. and trays/plates nos., area etc., vortex breaker and vacuum breaker etc. all complete.

 

Please suggest the procedure to proceed. Thanks in advance.

It's puzzling that the deaerator did not come with internals. This sounds to me like an academic exercise. Otherwise you would contact a deaerator vendor who can supply such items.
