can you help me please;

 

During the EPC phase, the contractor offered us to install the PDV to the flare (emergency and fire cases) on the bypass line of LP and MP compression sections.

 

- LP and MP compressors will be decompressed separately by here ower PDV

 

during emergency and fure case the gas from slug catcher,gas /liquid coaleser , main LP/MP suction header and main MP decharge header are flared through the valve installed on the bypass of the LP and MP compression sections.

 

this by pass contain : check valves, manual valve , control valve ......

 

I am asking you what this configuration is technically valid, safe and comply with the standards of mostly manual valves and check valves are instaled on this by pass line

 

And to propose another configuration omply with the standards and safe.
