Can you help me

 

in our project ( gas compression ) The contractor propose a configuration of the flaring system as follows (see the shema):

 

- each LP / MP compressor will be depressurized by its PDV valve.

- the slug collector, gas coaleser , main LP suction header,  MP main suction headers and  MP main decharge header will be depressurized by the PDV valves installed in the global by pass of  the  LP and MP compressions.

 

this by pass ligne contain, check valves , control valves, manueal valves,

 

 

I ask you  if this configuration of flaring sytem  from this by pass ligne is compliant in terms of security and standards (API ,practrices)

 

The flare  capacity is 1500T / H

 

You could offer me another alternative more secure and compliant. with standards.
