I'm having difficulty when trying to estimate costs using HYSYS economic analyzer.
For example, assume the model is just a single heater. Input, lets say water, enters at 100C and output exits at 200C at some pressure, let's say 2MPa. I can run the economic analyzer and it calculates the costs. But if I increase the outlet tempetrature to 500C, the I get the below error message.
"Specified utilities are unable to perform the heat transfer. Please check utility specification.
No appropriate utility available. Please check the utility specification file."
Also, if I choose a high temperature utility that is already in the list I can choose from, then the previous error disappears, but the following pops up:
"ERROR> 'HE - 15' STRESS FOR SHELL MATERIAL IS ZERO."
Is there a way to calculate the costs of a heater that operates at such high temperatures?
