Hi,

We have two reactor modules like other in Aspen Hysys like CCR Reactor and FCC Reactor also. In hysys modules, both these reactor configurations are diff in a way : FCC reactor has only one effluent stream but in CCR, we have two outlet stream like Net Hydrogen and Net reformate also. Why this diff in configuration in hysys?

Best Regards,

Chetan Chavan

You only need to look at a flowsheet of the processes to answer your own question.

Bobby, let me put my query in more elaborate way.. Flowsheet of both the reactors showed only one effluent stream , but in CCR , in aspen they take out two streams at the outlet viz net hydrogen and net liquid..so user is forced to combine these two streams at the outlet and then configure downstream equipments..why is this diff?
