Hi everyone,

i have a question and need help all of people who know about.

The question is about methods to solve (handle) wax deposition from a pipeline route to 3 phase Separator during pigging operation.

The problem mentions to wax deposition sending to Separator will fill in and block outlet lines of Oil & Water consequence Level High up and Shutdown system. is it correct?

So how to solve the wax capacity in the case. I would like to hear the Methodology & Experience in actual operation (i.e reference document source & real evidence),  if any

i read some information such as http://petrowiki.org...n&printable=yes

to Removal of wax deposits within a wellbore is accomplished by:

  • Cutting
  • Drilling
  • Chemical dissolution
  • Melting—the use of hot oil, hot water, or steam

However, it's general concept and it's not focus on the case which i mention above hence i really wanna know how to do in fact.

Appreciate your help!
