Hi everyone, hope you are are well. I'm currently doing a project where I am required to design and size a H2 recovery PSA unit using alumina, activated carbon and zeolite. The main substance that I am removing are H2O, CO2, CH4, CO and N2. Can anyone provide some detail steps regarding the hand calculations to determine the entire dimension of the column such as adsorbent amount and etc.? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ,
You may find pointers reading this document .
BTW why don't you consult vendors with basic data about your stream ( flow , composition , temp, pressure ,...)
My 2 cents
