hello,

Is there any specification at which a condensate stabilizer column is run at? what is operating pressure and temperature we would like to keep? I have a process scheme where all liquid from the cold separator goes to a stabilizer column to get stab. condensate with a min rvp specification.

Operating pressure depends on what kind of distillate you want to make, how much recovery of C3, what cooling media you have available for condenser, what kind of heating media you have available for reboiler.

The pressure will depend on what your overhead condition is - if you have a condenser, the temperature of the condensation of those components will set the pressure.  If you do not have a condenser, then the pressure can be set based on destination, but should be close to the dewpoint pressure at the feed tray.

The bottoms temperature will depend on the composition and what species you are trying to lift.  If you are boiling a lot of C3s in the reboiler, the temperature will be lower than if you are boiling up a lot of C5s.

It is an optimization question.  Higher tower operating pressure will reduce the tower diameter, accept higher temperature cooling medium and lower overhead gas compression power but will increase the reboiler heating medium temperature requirements.
