So I just wanted a little more clarity on glass transitions temperatures, specifically what would cause a glass transition temperature of one polymer to be greater than another polymer. I understand that the higher a polymers molecular weight is the greater the Tg value is, but I was wondering if there were any other reasons for the glass transition to be greater?

Branching causes entanglement which affects Tg.  Different groups in the polymer backbone are stiffer than others (intermolecular forces).  Cross-linking affects Tg greatly.  Plasticizers lower Tg.  There may be others.
