You should find an answer at AspenTech's support site. Or browse the HYSYS object model. And you can display GHV in the workbook just by selecting it.

Hi Mr Strain, I already tray the hysys object model, so the result is empty (Petrol %). thank you for your suggestion

The simplest way to get GHV is through the workbook. You can also get HYSYS Stream Reporter from the support site. This gives you lots of properties.
